Nayla Beauty wants customers to feel confident purchasing from the store. Because beauty and personal care products can be sensitive for hygiene and safety reasons, some products may have return restrictions.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds

Return Shipping

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be accepted before an order enters fulfillment. Once an order has been processed by a supplier or shipping partner, cancellation may not be possible.
